Download Windeliv app, join our network. With two options of order, you can achieve your instant delivery with 60 minutes order. Otherwise, to save your money and time, just simply choose same-day order to call our Winder immediately. You then easily track your orders real-time

Steps to place an order
1. Same-day order:
- Create order: choose “Same-day Order” tab, adjust your pickup location, then press “Place order now”. Within 1 minute, the app will broadcast your order to the nearest Winders
- Pickup: the Winder, who has received your order, will visit your pickup location and update related information for you, such drop-off locations and contacts.
- Tracking: you then can track your active orders 24/24 through “Order on Air” menu
- Rating: after the order completed, please kindly rate and give us your feedback on the performance of our Winder
Notice: “Same-day Order” is available only to verified customers. Customers interested in this function, please directly contact us via our hotline, email, or fan-page.

2. 60 Minutes Order
- Create order: choose “60 Minutes Order” tab, adjust pickup location, and fill in drop-off location information, such as address, contact and that location. You can add up to 3 drop-off locations. Then, press Confirm
- Choose your most convenient fare: Windeliv’s system will offer you 5 options of fare corresponding to successful rates of receiving an order. Please carefully choose the fare that is most convenient to you in order to save your time and money.
- Searching for Winders: after choosing your desired fare, the app will broadcast your order to the nearest Winders within 1 minute. In case no Winder receives your order, please consider offering a higher fare to encourage our Winders.
- Pickup: please kindly instruct our Winders detailed information and characteristics of your good, such as it has to be handled with care or it has to be keep in the fridge
- Tracking: you then can track your active orders 24/24 through “Order on Air” menu
- Rating: after the order completed, please kindly rate and give us your feedback on the performance of our Winder
